Chef Chris Doebler


Chris Doebler is a native of Chicago, and has been in West Michigan for a couple of years.  He has been working in the restaurant industry for the past fourteen years and has lived and cooked in South Florida, Los Angeles, Boulder, and Chicago and Fennville.  During his travels he has had the fortune to cook and learn from James Beard Award winning chefs Mindy Segal at Hot Chocolate in Chicago and Suzanne Goin at Tavern in Brentwood, and celebrity chef Neal Fraser from The Strand House in Los Angeles. Throughout his career he has risen through the ranks of the kitchen quickly and is excited to share his story through his food.  Chris would describe his food as modern and progressive while staying true to the ingredients and seasonality of Michigan.
